MODULAR DRILL PIPE TOP DRIVE CEMENT HEAD
The LaunchPro™ Rotating Top Drive Cement Head (RTDCH), DNV certified, is designed to drop plugs, darts or balls of any type or length for circulating or cementing operations. The LaunchPro™ RTDCH system has been designed in a modular fashion and can be configured with a swivel, pump in sub, or as a standalone head for any operation.

FAST-LATCH COUPLER
The OSP Fast Latch Coupler (FLC) is a manually operated device that decreases the rig-up time and increases the safety during the operation of a cementing head. It can also be used as a circulating head using a dedicated swage. The FLC is intended to provide a safer and more efficient alternative to a threaded casing adapter.
The FLC seals to the top of any type of casing coupling that conforms to API 8-round short or long, buttress, and premium threads that conform with API casing, while a set of split dogs latches the FLC underneath the casing collar. The latching/unlatching is done by activating two external handles simultaneously. A locking pin prevents any unlatching. The coupling seal is highly pressure energized by a wave spring and has been specifically designed to seal to the casing collar end even if the end has some damage. Due to the wave spring, the coupling seal is always in contact with the top of the collar, ensuring a seal even under vacuum conditions.
