TOEPRO™ INITIATION SLEEVE


OSP’s ToePro™ Initiation Sleeve eliminates the need for Tubing-Conveyed Perforating (TCP) by providing the most reliable hydraulically actuated initiation sleeve in the industry. The simplistic four-piece design and uniquely engineered seals ensure the sleeve operates reliably.


Utilizing redundant rupture disks, with very accurate burst pressures, enables an opening pressure that can be customized to any well environment.


The large-bore ID of the ToePro™ accommodates industry standard cement wiper plugs to ensure proper cementing operations and reduce overall completion costs. An integral ball seat enables casing pressure testing during well operations.


The simple design and reliable operation of the ToePro™ ensures for establishing circulation or providing the first stage in the frac operation while eliminating the need for TCP.

OSP HC COMPOSITE FRAC PLUG


OSP’s HC Composite Frac Plug is used as a temporary barrier to separate stages in horizontal wells during fracturing operations. The OSP Composite Frac Plug is designed to reach wellbore depth quickly, seal properly, anchor in place, and mill easily. Can be run with the ball in place or the ball can be dropped from the surface on site, without any conversion kit necessary.
