CLEANPRO™ SCRAPER OSP SCRAPER WBCO TOOL

OSP’s CleanPro™ Scrapers remove debris from the casing wall during wellbore clean-up, drilling, completion, and fishing to ensure efficient future operations. The staggered blade design provides 360-degree coverage to insure 100% removal of rust, cement sheath, perforation burrs, scale buildup, or other debris adhering to the ID of the casing.

The tool can be run as a standalone device for cleanout runs where plug back total depth may need to be established or integrated into a single-trip system in combination with other CleanPro™ wellbore cleanout tools. The adaptable component design allows the tool to be built as required for the application of use.

CLEANPRO™ BRUSH

OSP BRUSH WBCO TOOL

OSP’s CleanPro™ Brushes aid in the removal of residual drilling fluid, scale, cement, perforation burrs and other foreign material from the ID of the casing. The brush design maintains 360-degree contact, without the need to rotate, further reaching corrosion pits and casing coupling recesses that cannot be cleaned by traditional casing scrapers. The robust design, coupled with a large internal diameter and precise brush placement, allows the CleanPro™ Brush tool to withstand the roughest high-speed rotation and reciprocation in vertical, deviated, or horizontal wells.

CLEANPRO™ MAGNET

OSP MAGNET WBCO TOOL

OSP’s CleanPro™ Magnet is a string magnet which can be run during wellbore clean-up, drilling, fishing, milling, and completion operations when the removal of ferrous debris is required. During downhole operations, it is common for ferrous debris to collect and remain in the wellbore. Failure to remove this can cause costly damage to completions and surface equipment, resulting in considerable non-productive time.

The CleanPro™ Magnet is designed to run in conjunction with the CleanPro™ Scraper, CleanPro™ Brush, CleanPro™ Downhole Filter, and other CleanPro™ wellbore cleanout tools in displacement, drilling, or other intervention applications. Our magnet strength combined with good stabilization and larger surface collection area provide for major volume recoveries.

CLEANPRO™ MILLS OSP MILLING TOOLS

OSP’s CleanPro™ Mills allow for maximum fluid by-pass with its aligned fluid channels, providing 360° cover for enhanced recovery. These mills are particularly suited for preparing casing windows and casing sections, prior to running liners or completions.

Designed to be run in conjunction with the CleanPro™ Scraper ahead of the drift sub, the tool eliminates drilling fluid, scale and cement while running in hole and reciprocating the string, delivering substantial efficiencies.
